Fluorescent COOH PS Microspheres 5.0µm, FC06F, Glacial Blue - 1 mL

Our Fluorescent COOH Polystyrene Microspheres 5.0 µm (FC06F), Glacial Blue – 1 mL are precision-engineered, monodisperse fluorescent latex particles ideal for calibration, bioassay development, and imaging applications. Each microsphere is embedded with Glacial Blue, a bright and photostable fluorophore with excitation/emission spectra similar to AMCA (Ex/Em ~405/450 nm), ensuring excellent performance in fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry.

The carboxyl-functionalized (COOH) surface provides reactive sites for covalent conjugation of proteins, antibodies, or peptides using EDC/NHS coupling chemistry. The larger 5.0 µm size offers superior visibility and ease of handling, making these microspheres perfect for microscope calibration, particle tracking, and teaching demonstrations.
